The Boro

The Boro is an 18-acre mixed-use development near Greensboro Metro Station, spanning 4.9 million SF with commercial offices, retail, hotels, and housing. Situated on Tysons' highest ground elevation, it offers unique views and transit accessibility. VIKA's surveying services encompassed ALTA/NSPS land title survey, boundary and topographic surveys, 3D laser scanning, easement plats, condo plats, construction stakeout, and final as-builts.

The Boro is an 18-acre mixed-use development project comprised of eight new buildings and three existing buildings under redevelopment. Located one-quarter mile from the Greensboro Metro Station on the Silver line, the complex includes a total of 4.9 million SF across commercial office spaces, retail, hotel, and multi-family residential housing.

Adjacent to Route 7, Westpark and Greensboro Drives, the vibrant, multi-phased development creates the spirit of a true downtown experience in Tysons. From its vantage on “The Hill,” Tysons’ highest ground elevation, The Boro offers unique views and accessibility to multiple transit options.

VIKA’s surveying services on multiple parcels and buildings included: ALTA/NSPS land title survey, boundary and topographic surveys, existing conditions survey, 3D laser scanning for floor flatness, easement plats, condo plats; construction stakeout; and final as-builts.
