Senior Recruiter - within Land Development Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to drive our company's success. With offices in Virginia, Maryland, DC and Florida the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Land Development industry and a proven track record of successfully recruiting professionals across various disciplines within this sector.

Responsibilities:

1.              Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent within the AEC industry.

2.              Collaborate with Division Directors and local hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

3.              Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of techniques to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

4.              Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postingand candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

5.              Build and maintain a strong network of industrycontacts, including professionals, associations, and educational institutions.

6.              Utilize recruiting tools and platforms effectively toenhance candidate sourcing and engagement.

7.              Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions,and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

8.              Partner with HR colleagues to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

9.              Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and compliance.

Qualifications:

1.              Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.              Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Land Development industry.

3.              Proven track record of successfully recruiting professionals across multiple disciplines within the Land Development sector.

4.              Strong understanding of AEC industry trends, terminology, and best practices.

5.              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

6.              Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS),sourcing tools, and other recruitment technology platforms.

7.              Exceptional organizational skills and attention todetail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.

8.              Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
