Matthew C. Hull, LS, D.C. Reg. LS – Vice President

Matt has over 33 years of experience in all aspects of land surveying, including:  control, boundary, topographic, ALTA, and utility surveys; surveys to mark; wall checks for municipal, utility, and private development projects. Matt has been an integral part of the VIKA Capitol team for over 11 years.  He helped build our survey department from our inception, continues to lead as our Director of Surveys, and is one of only twenty-one (21) Registered District of Columbia Surveyors.

Matt’s leadership and commitment to excellence shines through in his unwavering dedication to teaching and developing our staff.  His embrace of new technologies has kept us on an upward trajectory and allows him to continue exceeding our clients’ expectations.
