VIKA Capitol, LLC is seeking an experienced Office Project Surveyor to join our growing team in the DC office. A successful candidate is required to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of boundary, topographic, record plats, legal descriptions, and construction stakeout computations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Extensive experience with Civil 3D and Carlson software
• Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of office experience are recommended
