Leadership

As a Registered Professional Engineer in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, Mr. Ignacio has a broad range of experience on public sector projects for universities, K-12 schools, and federal, county, and city government agencies.  His background includes project management and direction; site design; preparation of engineering reports and studies; design of sanitary sewer collection and water distribution systems; and, storm drainage systems and water management facilities.  Having directed and managed more than 30 public sector projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan DC area during his 25-year professional career, he has fostered highly effective relationships with federal, state, and city approval authorities.
