Esra Soytutan has eighteen years of experience as Design and Construction Project Manager and brings attention to detail and quality in the design documents and ensures that each project’s design intent is clearly and completely translated into the built product. Her diverse experience includes mixed-use, commercial, cultural facilities, urban parks, community design, and educational environments. Ms. Soytutan is also highly skilled in public outreach, having led numerous public meetings and charrettes. Adept at the collection and synthesis of ideas, she is an invaluable part of any project that requires community consensus. She has been with VIKA for 1 year.
