Mr. Khouri has over 20 years of design experience and is responsible for overseeing and developing construction plans for large-scale projects in both the private and public sectors in the Washington Metropolitan area. His considerable knowledge of all aspects of site/civil engineering, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, soils engineering, and erosion and sediment control, coupled with his environmental permitting background uniquely qualifies him to facilitate projects through the design, review, permitting and construction processes.
