As Director of Landscape Architecture, Jeff has overseen, directed, and managed the preparation of more than 200 land use and landscape architecture plans – most in high-density urban environments with many existing constraints. His considerable experience in planning and design uniquely qualifies him to facilitate planning, streetscape engineering and design services, landscape architecture design, and permitting. Jeff has a proven track record in developing project scope (including schedules and delivery dates), client relationships, continuous design improvements, and project meeting contributions.
