Leadership

Mr. Amatetti is responsible for the management of design of site engineering and all development related services for the firm.  He acts as both the Founding Principal and Managing Member and is involved day-to-day in all of the firm’s major planning and design projects.  Since forming VIKA in 1980, he has served as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and has led the firm’s growth to an organization with four offices and more than 160 employees.  This growth was accomplished while also maintaining VIKA’s core values.  First and foremost, to react to our clients’ needs as quickly as possible, balancing our response time with the quality of the work that needs to be done.  Second, to provide a unified, coordinated site development effort by assigning a VIKA Principal or Principal Associate to act as day-to-day Senior Project Managers.
