Joe has extensive experience preparing comprehensive stormwater management plans that utilize innovative Low Impact Development (LID) techniques such as pervious pavement; green roofs; bio-retention; bioswales, and infiltration practices. His skills include the design of stormwater management facilities, sediments and erosion control plans, and storm drain systems, and design of sanitary sewer systems and water supply systems.
As part of the VIKA project team working on several redevelopment projects, he has contributed his expertise in the practice of sustainable design, innovative green strategies, and site design techniques to help develop the framework for the new storm water requirements.
