Mr. Price has 20 years of diverse and complex project experience in preparing surveys for state, county, municipal, utility, and private development projects. Josh has field coordination and project management experience for the preparation and control of specific survey projects and tasks including ALTA Land Title Surveys; boundary and topographic surveys, stormwater and utility surveys. He also has understanding in right-of-way plat preparation; metes and bounds descriptions; site layout computations; establishment of control networks using conventional and GPS methods. Additional duties include preparation of subdivision and condominium plats; computing cut/fill earth works and pond volumes; construction stakeout, and as-built surveys. Josh oversees the geomatics/survey technology team which deploys 3D Laser Scanners and UAS (aka Drones) to collect existing conditions data in a faction of the time it takes conventional instruments. He is licensed as a FAA Drone Pilot along with two other individuals on his team. He offers Subsurface Utility Engineering services such as utility designation, mapping, location, and GIS services. Josh’s extensive knowledge allows clients to identify risks and costly utility relocations, and increases site coordination efficiency.
