Mr. Mounaud has 18 years of design and project management experience involved in all phases of large-scale, private, public and federal land developments to obtain agency and utility provider’s approvals, project bonding and construction permits. Technical responsibilities include coordination with Utility Providers (Electrical, Gas, and Communication), assistance to Architect and MEP Engineers for their design, design of customer installed dry utility conduit systems and facilities, preparation of plans and profiles and construction administration.
