Mr. Morelock is a Principal of VIKA and Principal Director for VIKA Maryland, LLC, overseeing the daily operations for the office as well as serving as principal-in-charge for many of the projects. He has more than 40 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and site development and has been working in the Metropolitan Washington D.C. region since 1994.
