Mr. Goodman has over twenty-five years of experience on land development projects from concept through construction administration phases. His areas of expertise cover many types of land development entitlement planning and civil engineering including urban re-development/in-fill, green field subdivisions, multi-family residential, single family residential, retail, office, lab/R&D, and other commercial projects. Mr. Goodman has extensive experience in several local jurisdictions including Montgomery County, City of Rockville, City of Gaithersburg, and Prince George’s County.
