As Principal Director, Bob has overseen and led more than 250 commercial, mixed-use, hotel, residential, data center, streetscape, park, and recreation developments in the DC Metro area and surrounding jurisdictions. Through his 35 years of leading entitlement and rezoning projects, Mr. Cochran has developed long-standing relationships with approval authorities in Fairfax County. He leverages these relationships to mediate the competing priorities of all stakeholders, and to advocate for the community and his clients’ interests.‍
