Ms. Flickinger’s considerable background in both site/civil engineering and water resources enables her to coordinate large site/civil projects through the design, review, permitting, and construction process. Her knowledge of all aspects of site engineering includes grading, drainage, stormwater management, soils engineering, erosion and sediment control. Shannon’s environmental permitting background uniquely qualifies her to facilitate the design and permitting of projects.
