However, through Lisa’s remarkable work ethic, dedication, and an unyielding thirst for knowledge, she quickly developed into one of the most respected Land Surveyors in the area. Lisa's path from administrative support to being a highly regarded professional is a true testament to her perseverance and passion for the field.
Her career growth within VIKA is an inspiring story of someone who fully embraced the challenges and opportunities before them. Over the years, Lisa immersed herself in the intricacies of land surveying, mastering complex technical skills while fostering a deep understanding of the industry. Her relentless pursuit of excellence has not only shaped her own career but has also significantly contributed to the success and reputation of VIKA’s Survey Department. “Lisa has a singular drive and work ethic that is unequaled. Her knowledge of surveys and her passion to provide contributions to all the VIKA divisions and our clients is unparalleled,” said John Amatetti, Founding Principal.

Mike joined VIKA four years ago as the head of our newly established Transportation Department, and since then, he has successfully grown the department into one of the most respected in the region. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping its reputation for excellence. Prior to joining VIKA, Mike was a Senior Traffic Engineer at a local transportation firm, where he frequently collaborated on projects with VIKA. It was during these collaborations that we recognized his exceptional skills and knew he would be a valuable addition to our team.
Mike’s extensive background in transportation engineering and planning has had a significant impact on our operations. He consistently leverages his experience to enhance collaboration across entitlement processes, ensuring our clients receive the most innovative and effective solutions. His commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends has been essential in helping VIKA deliver cutting-edge, innovative transportation solutions.
Chris Champagne said, “Mike’s ability to clearly communicate the most intricate details is astonishing. He can take what often is a complex transportation network and simplify the solution for all. This skill is one Mike leverages for all our clients as he works with the entire design team to ensure the traffic generated by a proposed use is improved with development. In his new role with VIKA, Mike can and will continue to use this skillset to benefit more of our projects.”
Throughout his career, Mike has specialized in identifying sustainable multimodal infrastructure strategies that address both current and future transportation needs. His work with regional transportation agencies has focused on mitigating existing traffic challenges while planning for future demands, always with an eye on sustainability and efficiency. Mike’s forward-thinking approach and dedication continue to drive improvements for VIKA and our clients, reinforcing the strength of our Transportation Department.
With over 12 years of experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Services and Test Holes, Antione has been an integral part of VIKA for more than two years. His expertise has been vital in expanding our SUE/Test Hole Department and the services it offers to our clients.
Since joining VIKA, Antione has developed new procedures, training, and techniques to ensure both our field and office teams can consistently deliver high-quality results, paving the way for VIKA's continued growth and success. In addition, Antione brought his professional skills and experience to the internal team that updated VIKA’s SUE Operational and Field Safety Procedures, which ensures the safety of our employees.
Antione’s leadership played a key role in shaping the department and its success. His dedication and commitment have helped us secure key personnel and major projects such as the Georgetown Utility As-builts and Schematics projects.
“Antione has been a great addition to the VIKA family, he has brought his years of SUE experience and hit the ground running. He was instrumental in our success with the Georgetown University project and our continued expansion with the University.
