Carrollton Station

The first phase of development was the four-story office building for the Department of Housing and Community Development. Phase two, a 279-unit apartment building and parking garage named “The Remy” was completed in 2018. The second multi-family building “The Remy ll” has received approval and is under construction.

VIKA prepared entitlement plans, final engineering documents for all phases of the development. Important urban design elements of this site include the appropriate sizing of sidewalks, locations of parking and loading, and integrating stormwater and infrastructure facilities to create a popular place VIKA provides Survey, Planning and Final Engineering services for the Department of Housing and Community Development.
