Ingleside at King Farm - Phase II Expansion
The Westminster Ingleside Group (WING) contracted with VIKA Maryland, LLC to complete survey, entitlement, and civil engineering for the Phase II Expansion of Ingleside at King Farm located within the City of Rockville, Maryland.
The project includes a mix of Independent Living and Assisted Living units; multiple courtyard amenity spaces; and additional underground, at grade, and bicycle parking.
VIKA worked closely with the City of Rockville to successfully implement one of the first reduced Green Roof Sections, per the new Maryland Department of Environment “Stormwater Design Guidance – Green Roofs (March 2018).” This new reduced green roof ensures proper warranty requirements and material / structural cost savings.
