Creating a landmark presence in this Metro-accessible location, this project provides offices and a hotel at 7750 Wisconsin Avenue. With a through-block pedestrian connection and updated street scape this project is an excellent impetus for the Downtown Bethesda Plan. VIKA worked with the team on an expedited schedule to obtain entitlement planning and civil engineering approvals for 244 hotel rooms and 785,000 SF of office space in two LEED Gold buildings.
