Arlington Office Park Amenity

An early concept for the creation of a private office park amenity. With an eye toward future expansion across the broader campus, the initial program included design of hardscape areas, integrated planting, active and passive recreation opportunities, site furniture and lighting suggestions, and multiple public and private seating areas—all over an existing below-grade garage.
