Rockville Regional Lab
This healthcare facility is located at 6111 Executive Boulevard with frontage on Montrose Parkway. VIKA developed a complex phasing plan allowing construction of a new building, while two existing buildings remained fully functional.
VIKA also used their planning experience to assist Array Architects to develop a design plan that meets zoning standards reducing approval delays and unnecessary entitlement approvals.
