Scotts Run Masterplan

The Scotts Run master plan in Tysons, Virginia is a major new development in an important edge city in the DC metropolitan region. This ambitious project represents a comprehensive reimagining and transformation of an auto-centric, suburban environment into a walkable, vibrant urban place.

The Scotts Run Station project is a 6,700,000-SF development containing 17 buildings, including six office and residential buildings, one hotel, and ground-floor retail near the pending McLean Station. The project is a ~$1B 20-year development located adjacent to a new metro stop. This site is the core block totaling 30-acres that stretches along the south side of Route 123.
