The View

Located at the intersection of Spring Hill Road and Leesburg Pike (Route 7), The View is a stunning, fully entitled development comprised of Metro-accessible residential and office buildings, experiential dining and retail spaces, a hotel and conference center, an outdoor amphitheater and public sky park and amenities, and parking facilities. The View is a 3 million-square-foot project and will highlight the tallest building in the region: an iconic 600-foot tall tower promising views of the DC monuments and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The tower will be designed to achieve a LEED Gold certification.The project aims to create a vibrant and harmonious urban center, consistent with those located in Tysons, through a high level of quality in design.VIKA Virginia led the entitlement process and is the civil engineer consultant for The View, the newest mixed-use development in Tysons, Virginia.
