POPS in Tysons

Part of a multi-phase development consisting of two existing office buildings and three planned multi-family residential buildings, and containing both public and private amenities, this integral public park component will serve as a focal point and provide active recreational opportunities not only for the immediate residences, but also for the wider community. To be constructed entirely over an existing below-grade garage, the design proposes a multi-use court area, a multi-purpose synthetic lawn space, sculptural play components, pavement super graphics that integrate with the identity of the overall development, as well as detailed planting and streetscape design.
