High School Sports Facility

The renovation of an existing athletic field area on a private school campus in a dense urban fabric, this project involved extensive 3D visualization—allowing school leadership and community members to understand how the project would integrate into the existing neighborhood fabric. Accurate topography was modeled, and views were created from multiple adjacent neighbors’ back yards to assess visual impact. This visualization effort—in collaboration with multiple community stakeholders over several months—was key in obtaining project approval.
